The Role Responsibilities
Within the Information and Cyber Security and CSS Ops, Role is responsible for end to end delivery of Strategic and Transformational large and / or complex re-platforming of applications and reporting.
Understanding of wholesale banking products and banks operational model.
Creating and maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog.
Responsible for BAU activities to maintain assigned applications on the COOL Platform.
Responsible for maximizing the business value of the product and be accountable for successful delivery and BAU.
Eliciting requirements from front facing staff & stakeholders across various business segments, product lines and functions.
Refining the vision/ strategy and drive 'our digital / data journey'
Responsible for tracking benefits realization and adoption on an ongoing basis
Clearly communicating priorities, sprint goals and acceptance criteria to the scrum team
Defining user stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements to the scrum team, including 'definition of done'.
Act as a key player in the different events of the development cycle: daily scrums, team demos and retrospectives, SIT, UAT and sign-off from business stakeholders.
Review test cases and evidence to ensure enough test coverage
Ensuring submission of progress reports, benefits reports, red packs and closure reports to governance forums.
Provide input during the Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, review, retrospective demos, refinement sessions
Inspect the product progress at the end of every Sprint and accept or reject work done
Contribute to continuous improvement with business feedback/vision (covered during the retrospective)
Conduct research to see what's new and trending in the digital / data space internally and externally
Basic Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget).

Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer or equivalent required
Minimum of 8 years of work experience in large-scale projects/programs with significant change impact and multiple dependencies within and across organizational boundaries.
