Job Description

AAM Advisory (AAM) is an award winning Financial Advisory firm in Singapore with over 5,000 clients and more than SGD 1 billion of assets under advisement (AUA). Located in the heart of the Central Business District at Capitagreen, AAM has a team of experienced Financial Adviser Representatives (FARs), all of whom are authorized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Main purpose of role

The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to prospect for new clients by attending events, networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients.


Working alongside one of AAM’s experienced Wealth Accumulation, Advisory and Protection specialists, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and arranging new prospective client introductions via telephone, email/social media and face to face


Key Responsibilities and Scope of role

· Prospect for new clients and turn this into increased business.

· Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

· Meet potential clients by growing and leveraging your network.

· Use a variety of styles to negotiate appropriately.


Key Skills and Experience

This is a sales focused role, so the successful candidate must be target driven, motivated and a self-starter.


Key Requirements

Entry without a degree is possible, we view personal qualities as important as academic qualifications but must have a minimum of a full A-Level Certificate or equivalent Experience in Sales, advisory or client servicing work is also valuable.
