Case Management Assistant Manager

- Responsible for investigating complex cases or complaints submitted by clients and providing solutions to the cases or complaints.
- Communicate effectively with clients and intermediaries to ensure a satisfactory resolution of the cases or complaints within a reasonable timeline.
- Provide regular reports on case resolutions to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Review and enhance work processes with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience.
- Work with stakeholders to implement the enhanced work processes.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience preferably having insurance knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good stakeholder management skills
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to multi-task efficiently
Work Days & Hours
Monday - Friday (9.5 hours shift incl. 1hr lunch)
