Job Description:

  • Responsible for investigating complex cases or complaints submitted by clients and providing solutions to the cases or complaints.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and intermediaries to ensure a satisfactory resolution of the cases or complaints within a reasonable timeline.
  • Provide regular reports on case resolutions to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Review and enhance work processes with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement the enhanced work processes.


  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience preferably having insurance knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good stakeholder management skills
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to multi-task efficiently

Work Days & Hours

Monday - Friday (9.5 hours shift incl. 1hr lunch)
