Job Description

Chef De Partie

  • Responsible for quality of all food items prepared in the kitchen according to the recipes. Constantly checks for taste, temperature and visual appeal. Makes sure that all dishes are uniform. Full awareness of menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
  • Ensure high level of food safety management systems. Maintains best practice with regards to expiry dates and storage of food items
  • Stock Management
  • Maintian a clean, safe and organized work area
  • To keep kitchen equipment and tools in good order and report any defects/malfunction
