Job Description


  • Provide customer service to clients on claim matters
  • Review insurance policy to determine coverage
  • Render claim support to internal marketing departments
  • Conduct claim reviews on outstanding claim files regularly
  • Liaise with adjusters and investigators when assistance is required
  • Manage and maintain good client and insurer relationships
  • Review and verify documents for completeness before submission to underwriters
  • Ensure proper filing of documents and update of information in the system
  • Any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned


  • Diploma/Degree holder (preferably in Insurance)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling general insurance claims
  • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to multi-task, and is a team player
  • Able to work independently and interact with different levels of customers
