Client Adviser

Job Summary:

• Drive sales of the company’s products to achieve and exceed sales/ revenues targets
• Responsible for business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities.

Main Job Duties:

Manage sales enquiries:

• Manage products / sales enquiries
• Track and ensure enquiries are promptly attended to and responses are highly professional and reflect the positive attitude of the company
• Closely follow-up sales activities with individual or business customers
• Analyse reasons for failure to turn enquiries into sales

Generate sales leads:

• Generate sales ideas, plan and identify sales leads
• Perform door-do-door sales
• Maintain updated sales pipeline and review sales pipeline and sales progress on weekly basis with management

Preparation of sales proposals to prospective customers:

• Capture all necessary information about customer to create impactful, accurate and sure-win proposals
• Ensure proposals are internally reviewed / approved and submitted to customer before agreed timeline

Closing sales and Customer onboarding:

• Follow-up closely with customers after submission of proposals to close sales
• Hand-hold customers to provide all necessary documentations for account opening
• Work with Compliance to setup accounts for customers within target 24 hours or faster turnaround time

Ongoing customer performance monitoring:

• Monitor customer utilization of accounts
• If under-utilized, follow-up with customer on issues and resolve issues for customers

Competitive analysis:

• Keep up-to-date on the competition landscape
• Constantly provide feedback to management on competitor pricing, marketing or sales strategies

Product / Service strategy:

• Constantly provide feedback to improve our product / service offering
• Work with product/ technology team to define product requirements and to translate business needs into technology codes; involve in testing of new technologies

Involve in marketing activities:

• Work with Marketing Officer to plan and organize marketing strategies, budgets and activities

Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
