Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Acquire clients in this segments to drive sustainable business growth
  • Originate, Structure and Execute ideas and solutions to clients in coordination with all Product groups and Network for optimal results
  • Build a strong understanding of the client’s business and industry to promote insights, enrich client conversations and deliver fair outcomes throughout the region
  • Proactively manage the portfolio to ensure alignment with the Bank’s Risk and Control policies across Credit, Financial crime Risk and Operational Risk
  • Ensure a quality service for all customers by owning customer engagement, ensuring service excellence at all times, for all aspects of any customer, prospects or professional’s interaction with HSBC
  • Keep abreast of developments, products and offerings from HSBC, competitors and market changes


  • Bachelor Degree
  • Have extensive experience in Corporate Client Management covering MNCs in Asia
  • Strong knowledge of UK Market, business practices and Cultures
  • Strong banking knowledge across Corporate Banking Products, Financing Solutions with experience in managing regional and cross border mandates
  • Understanding Asia Market is desirable
  • Track record of building a new business or customer portfolio will be advantageous
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills to connect at all seniority levels
  • Self-motivated and have a growth mindset
