You - We are seeking a talented Contact Centre Executive with

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience in Contact Centre environment. Insurance industry is preferred and will be an advantage
  • Able to converse in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • You are the voice of our company and a natural problem solver
  • Customer service is second nature to you, and you are able to handle difficult situations with aplomb
  • You are responsible, accountable, quick-thinking, and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • As the role relies heavily on technology, it will be to your advantage if you are able to learn how to use our new technologies rapidly
  • Able to start work immediately is a plus


In this role, you would be responsible for:

  • Handle phone and email enquiries on employee wellness, medical and benefit plans
  • Ensure call and email details are entered into CRM system
  • Follow-Up with internal & external parties on pending cases till issue is resolved
  • Willing to work on shift rotation, between 8:00am – 7:00pm
  • Be part of the after-office-hour (24/7) helpdesk team (on rotation basis)
