Our reputable MNC client – Insurance Industry looking for Contract Operations Admin of a unique individual to join to grow their business.
- O/ A Levels/ Diploma or related studies with 2 years of working experience in MNC
- Experiencein insurance field is preferred
- Well versed in both written and verbal communications skills
- A self-starter, meticulous, a good team player and able to work independently
- Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
- With BCP / PGI / HI / COMGI Certification will be advantage
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Market Management Department
- Mapping of SOPs
- Ensure timelines set by Reporting Manager are met
- Monthly Dashboards for reporting
- Support in policy documentation or any other administrative tasks as assigned
- Initiative to provide constructive feedback & implement process improvement where appropriate
Work Schedule/ Location:
- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
- Located at Central Area
