Job Description


- Support System Enhancements in CRM Systems, ideally on Pega platform

- Responsible to Plan and Manage Regression Testing

- Prepare Test Plan, Scope, Scenarios, Scripts and Data

- Supervise and Manage Testers and Review Test Results

- Support Pre & Post Implementation Activities including monitoring System Performance and following up on Issues Encountered by Users

- Track and Manage Production Issues including working with Users and IT to resolve them

- Track and Manage Production Administration changes, including working with Users and IT to resolve them

- Able to communicate and forge a relationship with multiple stakeholders: Product Owners, IT, and user groups such as Branches and Contact Centre


- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst working with Business Users and IT

- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills

- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills

- Good Team Player & Eager to Learn

- Ability to train Team Members

- Pega Certification will be an advantage
