- The job holder will be assisting the operations of the Concierge Desk within the Wisma Atria Shopping Centre.
- Providing dedicated, personalised service and assistance to our shoppers, tourists and tenants.
- Assist in any promotional activities.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- Relevant experience in retail or hospitality industry
- Pleasant and warm personality
- Service oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- 6 days work week
- Able to work rotating shifts and weekends
