Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The job holder will be assisting the operations of the Concierge Desk within the Wisma Atria Shopping Centre.
  • Providing dedicated, personalised service and assistance to our shoppers, tourists and tenants.
  • Assist in any promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ā€˜Nā€™ level
  • Relevant experience in retail or hospitality industry
  • Pleasant and warm personality
  • Service oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 6 days work week
  • Able to work rotating shifts and weekends
