Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - CREDIT RECOVERY

  • Call to remind customers of over-due accounts on behalf of our clients
  • Arrange payment and follow-up on over-due accounts
  • Prompt follow up action on all the scheduled repayment dates and file progress
  • Update and maintain the credit collection system

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good spoken English
  • Energetic and self-driven
  • Possess initiative, resourcefulness and perseverance
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
