Device Management Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day management and administration of security and network systems under managed services customers
• Provide level 1 troubleshooting of incident tickets
• Generate regular service report for customers
• Maintain the firmware, signature and OS patches up to date
• Support and administrate System Monitoring tool
• Vendor coordination and management
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Able to work on shift if necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Computer Enginering
• Network Server knowledge and of Systems Security Issues
• Strong in Fortinet Products
• At least 2 to 5 years of IT security experience
• Good communication and written skills
• Positive working attitude
• Passionate in information security
