You will help distil CPF schemes and policies into compelling copy and creative concepts in support of communications projects that educate and engage members. You will also tell stories about CPF Board, our staff and customers, which will engage both internal and external audiences. Your primary responsibilities centre on concept ideation, storytelling and developing a range of dynamic rich media content, while working with in-house team as well as external production houses on ad-hoc projects.
Work closely with other members of the communications team and/or officers from scheme departments to develop creative concepts and story ideas to engage internal and external audiences
Conceptualise, develop storyboards, write and edit content for videos, podcasts, infographics and other rich media platforms
Project manage end-to-end aspects of content production for CPFB, either with the in-house technical team or external production houses, and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and to industry standards. This would include directing the use of locations, setting up of scenes, filming interviews, handling voiceover (VO) recordings with VO talents.
Continually discover and evaluate new technologies to maximise design and content creation efficiency
3-5 years of experience in audio-visual productions
Critical thinking and good negotiation skills in managing internal and external stakeholders;
Ability to conceptualise and frame stories, with a knack for turning complex source materials into coherent and engaging multimedia content
A self-starter who is able to manage and deliver multiple projects within tight timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous with an eye for detail
