Job Description


  • Provide expert advice and direction to the Group General Manager (GM) to increase guest counts and sales by delivering excellent Guest Service while adhering to all Vision, Values and Culture. Develop guest loyalty through quality of operation, personalized customer attention and staff development;
  • Review and analyzes financial statements with the GGM on a regular basis and develop action plans to improve results and profitability;
  • Systematically diagnoses problems; gathers information and considers all possible solutions before initiating action. Makes recommendations to senior management as necessary;
  • Determine management needs and select quality management candidates in partnership with the HR Manager. Recommend and effect transfers, promotions and terminations for management employees. Provide necessary coaching to GGM to assist him/her in achieving maximum effectiveness;
  • Ensure all assigned outlets meet the delivery of quality food and services through the purchasing and management of food and non-food items. Maintain and audit food and non-food inventory levels at each assigned outlet in accordance with company guidelines;
  • Working closely with Back of House to create menus and catering proposals;
  • Ensuring that menu proposals and quotations are accurately created, organise and makes most efficient use of resources;
  • Ensuring that all projects and events are efficiently and effectively executed, neatly presented, clean with timely delivery and collection;
  • Prepares thoroughly and delivers well organized, dynamic and informative presentations to senior management as needed;
  • Accurately completes all weekly reporting in a timely manner;
  • Work with the assigned HR Manager as appropriate on employee relations issues;
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws/regulations relative to assigned outlets;
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned;
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with Human Resources Policies and Procedures and Vision, Values and Culture.


  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred and / or minimum five years of prior multi-unit managerial restaurant experience is required;
  • Must have a thorough understanding of operating and management techniques as they apply to the food industry;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively train, coach, evaluate, and discipline employees. Must be able to read, write and effectively communicate in the English language;
  • Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to demonstrate strong accounting, analytical and organizational skills, as well the ability to define and effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress; ability to demonstrate sound decision-making skills;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills requiring the ability to resolve conflicting interests with the goal of obtaining cooperation;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, Word) is required;
  • Uses sound judgment in day-to-day decisions by applying the company’s Vision, Values and Culture.
