  • Exceptional business proposal, business planning skills, execution, multi-tasking, research and coordination
  • Able to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines
  • Resourceful, flexible and able to think quickly on your feet
  • Self-motivated and able to work with incomplete information or under minimal guidance
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a definite advantage
  • Prepare correspondences for CEO, including internal and external communications such as emails, announcements and speeches;
  • Work closely with senior management and other business units on their operational requirements;
  • Manage CEO’s calendar for appointments, events and activities;
  • Be the overall person-in-charge of CEO activities such as internal management meetings, company events and external conferences;
  • Organise agenda and attendance for meetings, consolidate presentation slides, and prepare minutes for follow-up actions;
  • Support other company events and functions such as those relating to CSR;
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as making reservations and maintaining office supplies.


Requirements:


  • At least 3 to 5 years of administrative or secretarial experience, supporting C-level executives
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken bilingual to well understand to our Chinese associate
  • Must be able to work relocation to multi- regional offices
  • Must be able to commit oversea business trips or any short terms business projects
  • Resourceful and flexible, ability to find solutions
  • Excellent coordination and planning skills
  • Ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail
  • Amicable personality, and ability to conduct self professionally with good interpersonal skills
  • High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
  • Stress-tolerant and able to think quickly in high-pressure situations
