Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resource activities including Recruitment, Payroll, Training, Benefits & Compensation administration
  • Organize and coordinate company’s event and staff’s benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislations in HR practices & policies
  • Enforcement of Group’s HR policy & regulations in respect of disciplinary matters
  • Support any ad-hoc requests

* Work Pass application and renewal, employee relations, Medical and leaves administration etc.

* Assist in staff orientation, foreign workers matters
* Responsible for road tax and insurance renewals


  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration with relevant computer knowledge is essential (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Knowledge in using EasyPay Enterprise (EPE) would be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge in IRAS Act, MOM Employment Act and MOM guideline
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Responsible and possess strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Certificate / Diploma in HR Management

* Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written

* Familiar with Employment Act an advantage.
