- To handle counter, email and telephone enquiries for all classes of general insurance.
- To provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including requirements under GIAS.
- To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form.
- To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
- To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form.
- To carry out daily opening and closing procedures such as checking of transaction records, NETS and Credit Card terminals.
- To assist the Operations Executive in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects/ assignments.
- To ensure training hours under CPD requirements and to comply with all regulatory requirements by the relevant authorities.
- Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or BCP & PGI will be advantageous.
- At least 1 year's work experience in a similar capacity preferred.
- Possess a courteous and helpful personality.
- Pro-active with a positive mindset.
- Passion in delivering customers' satisfaction.
- Fresh graduates with related qualifications are welcome to apply.
