We’re looking for an Product Owner to:

• collaborate with colleagues at all levels to drive delivery within an Agile framework and define minimum viable products
• help refine the program backlog and prepare program increment planning sessions
• maintain a clear and well managed team backlog
• ensure clear prioritization for your development team   
• strive for business value within shortest possible time-to-market
• identify and manage opportunities to improve our processes
• manage cross-team dependencies

Your team :

The Digital Factory represents the new way of working at UBS with the aim to quickly develop innovative solutions and to digitize key client journeys end to end. You’ll be working in a dynamic Scrum team in the Digital Client Lifecycle Release Train. We build digital solutions for existing and prospective clients and have a proven track record of being first to market and ahead of the competition by evolving our solutions accessed by thousands of users every day. Your expertise :In addition to having an open mindset and high motivation you also recognize yourself in this description:

• minimum 7 years working in a complex software development environment, in which at least 3 years act in a leadership role
• exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong experience in managing  product backlog of an IT application
• strong experience in managing demanding stakeholders in a global setup
• experience in managing all aspects (delivery, technology, people, finance, etc.) in a mid-size delivery team
• inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• ideally 2-4 years of experience leading a Scrum delivery model within the financial sector and a record of working across the full software development lifecycle
• experience with JIRA, Confluence and SAFe is a plus
