- Manage customer account directly and be responsible for meeting revenue and growth targets.
- Compile and analyse the internal sales revenue reports.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract customers.
- Collaborate with internal shakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements are met.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area.
- 3-5 years proven track record in business or related market.
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
