Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Chef, this is a full-time 6-day-week position (fixed rest day may not be on a weekend). The successful candidate will be exposed to various Japanese cooking methods as well as culinary skills of preparing sushi and sashimi. Must be a team player. Prior experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided in order to ensure dishes are prepared in accordance with the stringent standards expected by our guests.
