Job Description

You formulate and implement sound governance processes, systems and frameworks to oversee the overall processes and resolutions of all arrears. You analyse the linkages of different enterprise systems and propose how data can be extracted and interpreted for improved case resolution and prevention of future occurrence. Your challenge lies in understanding the intricacies of how different agencies work with each other, and understanding the intent of recovery policies, and the challenges faced by the system and operational units to creatively resolve these issues for policy-ops integration.

You must have a tertiary qualification in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the area of accounting, managing service level agreements and outsourced processes is preferred. Knowledge of accounting software (SAP) and MS Office applications is advantageous. Possession of good analytical, communication, planning and writing skills, and be meticulous to details.
