Our Role 

  • Contribute to CPFB's mission success by establishing a strategic business planning process, authoring our near-term and long-term strategic plans, and managing a portfolio of transformational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

  • Ensure that the CPF Board has the proper advice and resources to effectively discharge its fiduciary duties, establish and maintain robust governance structures. 

Our Responsibilities 

  • Frame complex and ambiguous issues, conduct consumer and market analyses, develop business strategies and action plans suited to CPFB's operating realities. 

  • Work directly with CPFB's core management to develop and cascade strategic initiatives, and manage resources to ensure that tactical plans are aligned with CPFB’s priorities. 

  • Work closely with scheme and support departments to monitor, manage and inform management of the Board's operational and financial performance.  

  • Drive corporate strategy by supporting business case development, piloting projects, being the catalyst for effective stakeholder management and robust governance.

  • Provide secretariat support to the CPF Board, review and conceptualise frameworks relating to governance of the Board, and handle issues concerning Board's roles and functions. 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning function

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

  • Resilient, resourceful, fast learner and able to multi-task independently 

  • Able to write well and comfortable with numbers 

  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
