・ Assist assistant manager to ensure smooth operation in office for administration and any other issue.
・Maintain Office equipment & Inventory

・HR management (Including of employee benefit / work pass application for expatriate, accommodations matters)
・Arrange and taking care of Insurance for office & employee
・GST Filing (work with External vendors)
・Assist in the Annual audit field work (work with External Auditor)
・In Charge Petty Cash & reconciliations
・Bank related task
・Data entry (Accounting)
・Min Diploma holder
・At least 2 years working experience in Shipping Industry is required.
