Job Description

Administration Task

・ Assist assistant manager to ensure smooth operation in office for administration and any other issue.

・Maintain Office equipment & Inventory

・Assist in office activities such as event planning, renovations etc.

・Ad-hoc duties

HR

・HR management (Including of employee benefit / work pass application for expatriate, accommodations matters)

・Leave Management

・Arrange and taking care of Insurance for office & employee

Accounting

・GST Filing (work with External vendors)

・Assist in the Annual audit field work (work with External Auditor)

・In Charge Petty Cash & reconciliations

・Payment arrangement

・Bank related task

・Data entry (Accounting)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

・Min Diploma holder

・At least 2 years working experience in Shipping Industry is required.

・Good communication skills, ability to manage complex projects and multitask

・Excellent organizational skills

・Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty

・Meticulous, proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
