Operations Executive

3-5 years’ experience in fund operations either with an asset management company, fund accounting company or bank custodian.

The candidate is expected to

• Liaise with counterparties including external fund administrator on trade processing, reconciliation and settlement
• Ensure investors' transactions are properly executed and updated in the platform.
• Review reconciliation work performed by the external fund administrator
• Liaise with custodian and agents /nominees on the transfer of units trust.
• Support Onboarding team and Business Development team in resolving client requests and issues
• Perform trailer fee and management fee computations and preparing relevant reports
• Perform task of onboarding suppliers/borrowers for the company’s lending fund
• Review and ensure that financing file is correct
• Monitor financing collection and liaising with suppliers
• Knowledge of unit trust backroom settlement operations and processes
• Experience in performing fund operations work for online investment platforms an advantage
• Candidate need to be a team player, meticulous in work, possessing initiative, ability to acquire new skills and being adaptable
