The Role Responsibilities
Execute strategies for Retail Mortgage and Auto, consistent with the agreed Retail Banking strategy cascaded from line manager.
Deliver against the financial framework and execute the business deliverables.
Enhance value propositions which are client-centric especially for the affluent segments.
Develop strategy / campaigns to drive acquisitions and leverage on date analytics usage to improve client insights and engagement.
Identify and remove blockages and ensure that the team operates smoothly with stakeholders.
Drive end-to-end digital adoption, sales and servicing.
Continuous process improvement to simplify end-to-end processes to consistently deliver the best client experience. This includes developing and driving end-to-end digital adoption.
Monitor implementation of policies and control standards set by risk control owners and/or Group policy owners, ensuring the business is in compliance and operating within risk tolerance and risk appetite
Highlight and address weaknesses across the end to end risk and control environment for Mortgage and Auto products
Maintain awareness and understanding the regulatory framework in which the business operates, and the relevant regulatory requirements and expectations.
Understanding of the Group and Country policy including product program and credit policy to ensure the business is in compliance.

Our Ideal Candidate
3+ years of product management experience in any of the retail banking product.
Should have experience in product developing strategy / campaigns to drive acquisitions and Pricing strategy
Experience in handling large data and hands on experience in excel & Macros.
Effective communication skill & strong stakeholder engagement experience.
