Job Description

This is a SGUNITED- Midcareer- 9months contract to perm position.

This positions reports to VP - Talent and Comms. This attachment will play a key role in building and deploying relevant online content and digital learning services to support people development and community partnership.  

You will be involved in : 

1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

2.Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

3.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

4.Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

5.Completing paperwork for new hires.

6.Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

7.Managing internship/ management associate programs.

8.Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.

9.Providing recruitment progress summary to hiring managers.


1) Experience in interviewing candidates using the STAR approach

2) Experience in talent mapping

3) Experience in writing JDs and leading discussion with hiring managers on career pathways and building job post with candidate in mind
