Job Description

Are you an experienced recruiter looking to step up in your career and join a high performing recruitment team (Hudson RPO integrated on-site at Macquarie)? Join our Team, based in Singapore office and take responsibility for recruitment across Asia.

You’ll join an expert team of knowledgeable recruiters who partner with the business and work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver world class recruitment services to our stakeholders. We pride ourselves on giving our recruiters the flexibility they need to work most efficiently and bring their best self to the office whilst allowing them to balance their life commitments – whatever they might be.

In this role you will source, attract, and assess the very best talent in the market, building credibility and driving trust as you deliver in this role. You will have prior in-house recruitment experience within Financial Services (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Audit and Tech). Relevant sector experience with an agency or executive search firm environment will also be considered.

We need you to be an experienced and established Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives when given accountability. You will need to be adaptable, as this is a fast-paced complex environment that is constantly changing. You will have a client service ethic that is second to none, a proven capability in delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies and a strong background in front office recruitment.

You will have the opportunity to play an integral role within Macquarie’s HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists and taking an active role in wider project-based work. To be successful in this role you will be familiar with a variety of sourcing channels such as direct advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal mobility, social media, referrals, and CRM databases to source for active and passive candidates. You’ll also need to demonstrate the ability to work well in a team and be organized, as well as the ability to prioritize your workload efficiently.

Lastly, you will be driven, self-motivated and passionate about delivering best-in-class service. You will be able to grow and advance your career, working closely with senior stakeholders to become their trusted recruitment partner.
