Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for designated centres by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Prepare monthly payroll analysis reports and payment vouchers
  • Collecting, compiling, entering, and updating payroll data in the system and ensures that it’s accurate.
  • Perform activities relating to income taxes, CPF submissions and surveys conducted by various government agencies such as MSF, MOM and CPF Board.
  • Process reimbursement claims.
  • Ensuring proper archiving in accordance with the company’s record retention policies.
  • Responsible for updating HR database, leave and benefits administration
  • Handle all leaves queries & entitlement
  • Provide internal and external audit support.
  • liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors on payroll related matters
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer


  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant payroll experiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Excel
