Job Description

You will support the Development Secretariat with the daily administrative, secretarial and liaison work in planning for the new acute community hospitals which will be located in the eastern region of Singapore. Your role will include collation of user requirements, scheduling meetings with different stakeholders, minutes taking, and the preparation of reports, forms applications and document organising. You will also manage incoming and outgoing mails, be responsible for the upkeep of office equipment, process invoices and assist in any other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 4 years of relevant administrative work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with good organising and coordinating skills
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
