Senior Consultant, Triple 'A Plus (Temenos WealthSuite)

As a Senior Consultant, Triple ‘A Plus (TAP), you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. As we carry out all projects at the clients’ premises, you will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Responsibilities:

• Analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops
• High involvement in grooming and planning session, highlighting potential risks to the project
• Process and design technical and business requirements
• Parameterize software/systems, including business modules
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review
• Provide support to SIT and UAT activities including validation of test plans, test strategy, test cases and defect management
• Provide support during cutover and post go-live activities
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
• Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
• Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorship
• Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well formulated solutions

• Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 5-7 years of BA experience in Triple ‘A Plus Technology and Platform Domain knowledge with proven track record of implementation on Temenos WealthSuite products and offerings
• Demonstrate in-depth domain knowledge in areas such as portfolio management, order management, position and valuation, client relationship management or performance
• Proven experience in translating requirements from business stakeholders into functional specifications, BRDs or User Stories
• In-depth understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
• Experience with Agile projects and SDLC, together with the relevant Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within management consulting, banks or technology firms
• Past experience at a financial organization which uses Temenos products
