The Job

You will be part of the Customer Services & Solutions team and will report to the Senior Vice President, Customer Services & Solutions.

Key Account Management:

  • Identify, engage and develop selected customers and non-customers as key accounts
  • Discover opportunities to serve customers’ real estate needs across asset classes and countries
  • Develop new group-wide capabilities and impactful initiatives to create value for customers and stakeholders

Drive Investment Promotion

  • Acquire industry insights and identify key activities along specific industry value chains
  • Co-create and support Country operations team in driving investment promotion for large scale projects


  • Degree in Science /Engineering /Business /Infocomm
  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in business development, application development in the Infocomm / sustainability solutioning industries.
  • Real Estate and regional experience will be added advantage
  • Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen, ability to adapt and respond to changes in priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Team player and ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environment.
