The Role Responsibilities

Provide finance business partnering support to senior T&I stakeholders. The role is global in nature and based out of Singapore.

Provide routine MI for various stakeholders on performance vs budgets and business efficiency targets for specific departments within T&I.

Spend considerable time partnering with the T+I team to bridge the understanding between activity and cost and what they can do to influence the cost base and optimise. Work with the organisation to support the commitments of the corporate plan.

Seek ways of improving communication on financial performance with key stakeholders.

Produce ad hoc analytics and insight on the global cost base to drive transparency and help drive the productivity agenda.

Drive internal process improvements for the T+I Finance team.

Take the lead in managing the extended team deliverables from Global Financial Services (GFS).

Managing end-to-end the budgets, forecasts, flash, business efficiencies tracking and headcount controls for the T+I team you support, including the recharges to businesses and countries for TPS cost for the areas supported as well as Investments and Head Office recharges.

Accountable for ensuring adequate financial controls and balance sheet management are in place. Particular focus on cross border recharges, accruals and prepayments and software development spend on the balance sheet.

Actively contribute to the wider Finance change agenda.

Liaising with auditors, and colleagues in other finance sections as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified Chartered Accounting with an excess of 10 years post qualification experience.
