Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of complex Dynamo implementation and professional services engagements for new and existing clients, as well as taking a lead role in key professional services initiatives.

  • Project Management responsibilities for large, complex, strategically important, or otherwise challenging projects:
  • Primary manager of customer relationship during implementation phase of projects
  • Clearly define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Create and execute project plan and revise as appropriate
  • Manage and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Execute a variety of project tasks such as data imports, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer
  • Coordinate and track tasks assigned to both internal and external project team members
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, such as for report development or workflow configuration
  • Work across time zones with global clients and with team members in Dynamo’s global offices
  • Build strong relationships with customers that extend beyond the implementation phase of a project
  • Adhere to Dynamo project management guidelines while offering ideas for process improvement
  • Mentoring and training new Professional Services team members
  • Acting in an Oversight role on projects managed by less senior resources (reviewing configuration, answering questions, assisting with client training and requirements reviews, etc.)
  • Accountability for assigned Professional Services initiatives, examples of which may include some of the following:
  1. Defining key best practices for specific client requirements or use cases
  2. Completing Pre-Sales tasks such as meeting with prospective clients, providing estimates, reviewing requirements
  3. Working with Product Management on new features
  4. Participating in PMO (Project Management Organization) initiatives and providing feedback into standard templates and project management best practices
  5. Managing specific KPI’s and metrics within Professional Services

  • Experience delivering successful Dynamo implementations
  • Proven ability to work on challenging projects featuring complex requirements, large volumes of data, or global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver software implementation projects from presales to final delivery, preferably in this or related industry
  • Ability to accurately track multiple detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • General knowledge of database structure that allows for quick understanding of data migration tools and processes
  • Some understanding of standardized partnership and/or portfolio accounting
  • Commitment to build successful customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically the alternative assets space
  • Technical Skills: strong Excel, CRM, ERP and/or Accounting software experience
  • This role is based in Dynamo’s Singapore Office
