Service Delivery Manager

Principal responsibilities

• Review Net Asset Valuation calculations and perform analysis of client’s financial reports and investigate anomalies
• Processing of capital call, distributions, etc, capital activities relating to Private Equity Fund Admin
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client reporting
• Work closely with clients to develop, review and update Operating Memorandums
• Provide guidance and resolutions to offshore team supporting valuations of funds
• Be a point of contact for clients to address queries and requests
• Review document or contracts and liaise with Senior Management for sign off
• Comply with all relevant internal procedures and policies
• Ensure clients' queries and instructions are responded to accurately and timely
• Assist in preparing of pricing and management reporting of the team
• Advise clients of the relevant requirements and assist them set up the relevant processes
• Taking up of ad hoc projects
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve prompt delivery of client requests

Requirements

• ​Degree in an Accounting discipline with relevant years of relevant experience in private equity fund administration
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial instruments and accounting
• Understanding of the internal systems for fund administration and shareholder registration
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Service oriented and client focused, proactive and responsive approach to responsibilities
• Team player approach to attaining group objectives
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably with hedge fund administration experience
• Multifond platform experience will be an advantage
