- Collaborates closely with our client's Talent Acquisition Partners, business stakeholders and candidates to create the very best recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
- Is a key point of contact for candidates through the interview process to answer queries related to interviews.
- Works with candidates, interviewers and assistants to book interviews
- Prepares weekly updates for various stakeholders and Talent Management initiatives
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinators play one of the most important roles in our recruitment process and have the largest influence on the candidate experience and efficiency of our recruitment process.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment Administrations or Executive Administration
- Demonstrable and strong experience in creating delightful experiences for participants in interviews/business meetings
- To be highly organised, structured and prompt in how you complete assigned tasks
- A consultative, strategic and solution oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholders with an ability to think outside the box when faced with challenging situations
- Strong focus on delivering the very best experience for your candidates
