Job Description:

  • Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Services projects in private and government sector
  • Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality
  • Provide proposals, scopes for project strategies, planning, budgeting, definition of tasks and deliverables, time scales, quality control, risk analysis and management for Tenders, RFP, RFQ, RFI
  • Facilitating the end-to-end delivery, progress updates and reports to the technology head, and also feeding relevant information back to the teams
  • To support, trouble-shoot and solve problems for client service cases & provide routine maintain services to customer at request
  • To provide technical support, training and procedure training for internal employees and external customers
  • Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience
  • Single Point of Contact for customers and be available all operational events and escalations
  • Driving a team on technical grounds to align with customer expectations and contracts
  • Ability to conduct postmortem and root cause analysis to clearly identify the issue and develop prevention plan/strategy is a key requirement
  • Proven track record of leading operations and customer management with effective communication and presentation

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, or IT related disciplines
  • 5 to 7 years of design/implementation/consulting experience with networks, servers, cloud services with at least 3 years hands-on experience as a technical lead or system architect role
  • Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs
  • Experience in a project management methodology such as PMP, PMI or Prince
  • High level of drive, persistence, pro-activeness and maturity. A hands on, adaptable, organized and results driven individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues
  • Working knowledge on cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
  • Working knowledge in Wireless Controller, Access Points, Active Directory, VMWare, Hyper-V, virtualization, WSUS, Office365, Email systems
  • Working knowledge on Ansible, Playbook, Apache, Nginx, TCP/IP, Puppet or any automation software
  • Working knowledge in VEEAM, Commvault and backup solutions is a plus
  • Working knowledge on Puppet, Ansible and/or Container and Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) will be an advantage
  • Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate business/technical concepts effectively and prepare quality project related presentations and reports for customer
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing support
