Your role :
Do you want to work for a global leader in the financial world? We offer 2020 or 2021 university graduates a 12-month work/study opportunity, the UBS Singapore University Program for Employability and Resilience (UBS-SUPER). You’ll get on the job industry-specific training, and you’ll get to see how a global bank works from front to back.
We’ll give you insight into the banking sector, specifically the fundamentals of how we run and operate. And you'll get plenty of opportunities to learn and grow from senior leaders and experts in their field.
You can expect to be involved in projects, reporting and liaising with stakeholders across the bank. But the learning doesn’t stop there. You’ll have access to additional educational and networking sessions to get to know your peers and expand your network.
You will be immersed into our daily work life for three days a week and will complement this practical experience with two days of training per week.

Your expertise :
You need to be graduated or graduating from universities in 2020 or 2021 and have right to work in Singapore. But it doesn’t matter what you’re studying (really, it doesn’t) as long as you have a passion for learning and an interest in the financial services industry.
For us, it’s important that you:
- are a natural communicator and fluent in English
- can analyze a problem, take a view and come to a
- use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with ease
- plan and organize well
- make things happen
- take ownership, run with it and get it done
- can work in a team
- are full of ideas
- can challenge and have an innovative mindset
- are responsible and accountable
There’s more than one way to fulfil a skillset. Have you organized a fundraising event? This is taking ownership and getting it done. Gotten lost and asked for directions? This is analyzing and coming to a decision. Think about what you’ve achieved over the course of your education, and how you can use this to match the skills we’re looking for.
