The FX&EM Rates Linear flow sales team is based in Singapore and Hong Kong. The team is a combination of senior producers and VPs & Analysts/Associates that we have hired via the Nomura AEJ GM Graduate program. We cover a comprehensive set of Institutional clients and we are well-regarded across several client benchmarks including Greenwich/Coalition.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior Producer in the Fixed Income Sales team with primary focus on Central Banks, Asset Managers and Insurance segments for FX and Emerging Markets Rates products
  • Introduction of the firms product capabilities, market trade ideas and solutions to Asian and global clients.
  • Assisting in the financial analysis of existing & target clients
  • Assist & support the sales team in pre-trade pricing for clients and after sales service
  • Assisting in marketing trade ideas, solutions, and firm’s capabilities to clients
  • Assisting in the preparation of market commentary, client reports and presentations for the team
  • Work closely with trading, structuring, operations as well as Legal, CRM and AML/KYC teams to ensure smooth execution of trades and timely resolution of any problems arises.
  • Focused on client acquisition and getting deeper with existing client target client acquisition and grow

Requirements:

  • Minimally a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, and above from an accredited tertiary institution
  • Minimally 5 or more years of relevant macro FX sales experience in an established financial institution; worked in Financial Markets environment
  • Candidate should have solid traction with Central Banks, Asset Managers and Insurance clientele from key markets globally so as to effectively monetize these client relationships.
  • Strong track record of P&L and knowledge in FX products
  • Self-starter, outgoing, energetic, proactive, and possess a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with key stakeholders within the firm
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment, and under pressure
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
