Driving Employee Journey/ Customer Journey Design

  • Develop best in class EJs/CJs in collaboration with UX design team:As part of EJ/CJ review, perform business process review
    Ensure usability testing is performed for every new EJ/CJ in collaboration with UX team and country users
    Gather input from / review new EJ/CJ with Country SMEs and ensure for regional alignment in usage and functionalities.

Business Management & Prioritization

  • Review country inputs to identify opportunities for regional implementation
  • Prioritize requirements which delivers the optimum business value
  • Drive the completion of workstream assigned
  • Escalates any timeline risks to the completion of Client Connect
  • Review user stories to ensure requirements are comprehensive. Address any follow up questions from delivery teams (biz and tech)


  • Working with L&C to obtain approvals where required
  • Work with Country teams to understand identify best processes for regional implementation
  • Collaborate with Tech teams to support successful implementation
  • Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. product team, franchise, operations etc)


  • Experience in Sales and Product management will be advantageous
  • Delivering employee value through deep understanding of the employee job-to-be-done
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans / journeys for the employee
  • Experience in building strong and effective relationships with key partners within and outside the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management
