Job Responsibilities:

· To assist support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications;

· To assist in maintaining inventory, expediting orders, verifying receipts, removing outdated drugs;

· Liaising with external vendors and suppliers on medication and supplies;

· Execute internal/ external communications.

· Execute processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow.

· Ensure correct medication are send to clinics;

· Stock take and order resupply and handle internal and external stock audits

· Fault reporting

· Coordinate with the clinic to ensure the availability of medications;

· Ensure prompt delivery of controlled drugs to clinics;

· Conduct regular audits on work processes;

· Monitor and collate statistics on clinical operations, key performance indicators and submit reports periodically.

· Prepare and submit daily reports and other ad hoc reports

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least at diploma in any discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of drugs in a plus

• Preferably experience in Healthcare / Medical care

• Good communication skills (phone and email)

• Able to work independently in a dynamic fast pace environment with a passion for improving operations
