-Build up the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) capabilities in order to achieve quantum improvements in safety and health standards at the workplace.
-Implement a WSH management system to ensure workplace adherence to WSH policies, procedures and regulations when contractors are carrying out work.
-Support and coordinate the planning, design, implementation and tracking of environmental sustainable solutions in the areas of utilities efficiency and other sustainable solutions such as smart lighting system and solar panel system.
-Assist in carrying out energy consumption study and audit on the building cooling system, which includes the overseeing of the documentary & Green Mark Score submission and implementation measurers.
-Conduct engineering studies to improve the reliability and efficiency of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems such as power systems, Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), chiller, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) and fire protection systems.
-Manage contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety requirements, operating standards and quality standards are met.
-Implement engineering initiatives to enhance the reliability of existing M&E systems.
-Review upgrading proposals from consultants/contractors for management's approval.
-Suitable qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Facility Management or Sustainable Building Design.
-Singapore Citizens Only.
-Minimum 2 years of service in a related field or an M&E consultancy firm.
-Practical experience in central air-conditioning design/installation or operation would be preferred.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Highly skilled in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
