#SGUnitedJobs Programme Manager, Governance

Government Infrastructure Group (GIG) of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) strategises & delivers whole-of-government (WOG) infrastructure products and services.  We are looking for a Business Analyst/ Programme Manager to support the Governance team of GIG.

What to Expect:

•     Support technical and quality (QMS) audits and activities conducted on Suppliers and WOG Infrastructure systems; The systems comprise both outsourced and in-house built systems; Technical audits include IT Operations audit, Security and Resilience audit, Service Management audit, Data Centre audit, Financial & Procurement audit etc.

•       Support meetings, document and track follow up of action items.

•       Conduct / Compile surveys and polls

•       Provide consultative support to projects on quality assurance, and supporting project teams in quality assurance activities into projects;

•      Provide input to and collate reviews and feedback on technical policies and standards, and when required, liaise with Policy Developers to understand rationale and address  feedback;

•       Assist in the conduct of compliance checks on projects;

•       Track audit remediation and reporting to management on audit follow-up;

How to Succeed:

• At least a diploma holder or higher with prior infocomm industry and or public sector experience

• Experience and knowledge in conduct of, participating and supporting audits for IT systems and processes

• Familiar with IT project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

• Good working knowledge of ISO9001 standards preferred

• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.

• Team player & good interpersonal skills.

• Conversant in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
