Clinic Manager

5.5 Day A week (Example..1st week off Monday, 2nd week off Monday & Tuesday depends on Schedule. Offday only on weekdays)

Working hours: 10am - 9pm

Location: Tanjong Pagar // Paya Lebar Square (new branch opening on March)

Salary: $3300 - $3600 + Commission

Requirements:

• Min. Education- Diploma
• Min 5 years of clinic / beauty / centre management experience

Job scope:

• Handle counter duties (registration of patients, scheduling appointments etc.)
• Training of part-time or new physicians, therapist and counter staffs and other clinics outlets.
• Educate patients and therapists to assist in intervention programme to improve condition
• Contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance to therapist
• Referring patients to respective clinics/hospitals for follow-up
• Stock taking of consumable products
• Write memo for insurance claim purposes
• Promote recommended packages to boost revenue (achieve sales target) & planning of sales and marketing (online & offline)
• Cover other clinics when necessary due to shortage of manpower
• Perform accounting duties (Pay slips, Cheque writting, counting incentives monthly, computation of doctor's variable share and monthly queue listing consolidation etc)
• Ensure clinics comply with relevant laws, rules and regulations
• Organise staff rostering and manpower management
