Job Description

Job Scope

To support sales representatives from main office (Prepare Quotations and samples)

To help manage main office operations (Key in Purchase Order, Delivery Orders, Invoices and Bills)

To receive customer calls and convey messages to sales reps Maintain cleanliness of office Maintain stocking inventory list

To assist in payroll related matters, coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
