Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Office Administration

Data Entry in Accounting software XERO

General admin duties (e.g. Answering phone calls, Arranging Courier etc.)

Administrative duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, filling etc

Filing of documents and other ad-hoc duties

Sending emails to Clients

Self motivated individual

Good interpersonal and Communication skills

Computer proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Outlook
