  • Position: Admin Clerk
  • Location: Sembawang
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM)
  • Benefits: $2,000 - $2,500 , 14 Days Annual Leave , AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the accounting records of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Book
  • Process receipts from customers, invoices from vendors and payments to vendors
  • Manage payroll of workers (including CPF submission)
  • Generate quotations and billing to customers
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Attend to queries from customers or vendors
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately / upon short notice
