Aesthetic Customer Service Consultant cum Beauty Therapist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage, consult and advice patient on treatments and skincare products.
• Manage appointments of patients
• Handling of cashing duties and account for transactions.
• Prepare monthly sales, tracking and commissions reports.
• Monthly stock inventory and orders.
• Assist doctors on non-invasive treatments.
• Perform aesthetic facial and body treatments.
• Provide an excellent and high standard of customer service through professional consultation and evaluation of patients’ needs.
• General housekeeping duties and maintenance of the cleanliness of the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments for face, body, skin, slimming etc
• Past experience with handling of patient's appointment and cashering will be an added advantage.
• Well-groomed with pleasant disposition and personality.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin language to liase Mandarin speaking patients.
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
• CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or other beauty related qualifications.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service, sales and therapist treatment.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Central.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales, Customer Service, Therapist or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
