Job Description

You lead a team to develop and establish new estate management processes which incorporate advanced Information Technology (IT) systems to augment the smart building operations. You guide your team to establish an advanced estate management approach (with networks of technologically advanced systems, data analytical and digitalisation capabilities), comprehensive maintenance, support and transition plans (for building’s operations and management), and an integrated support model (for IT-related services). You also inspire your team to actively explore best practices and apply relevant learning points to fine-tune the newly established operating model and operating processes continually. Your challenge lies in overcoming limited influence over the preliminary design as well as ensuring your team can manage a tight timeline to achieve the project deliverables.

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in estate management and/or IT. You should be forward-looking, with strong leadership and communication skills, and a positive and customer-centric attitude.
