Job Description

You lead a team of psychologists and work with the relevant Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and MINDEF agencies to develop, implement, maintain and refine the leadership development (LD) measurement system to effectively support SAF’s LD needs. You also supervise or undertake the design, conduct and analysis of surveys to measure the impact of SAF’s LD programmes, as well as oversee research projects. In your professional capacity as psychologist, your challenges lies in keeping abreast of the latest developments in applied behavioural sciences and industrial-organisational psychology (specifically areas relating to leadership and training), and guiding junior psychologists under your charge.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in applied or industrial-organisational psychology, with at least five years’ work experience as a psychologist. Having a PhD in these fields and supervisory experience is advantageous. You should have relevant work experience involving large-scale project management.
